本文在介绍近场光学显微镜原理的基础上,对近场光学显微技术进行了一定深度的探讨,并着重研究了纳米级探针的制作和纳米级样品与探针间距的控制这两个近场光学显微技术中的关键问题,说明了近场光学显微探针的工作方式,阐述了近场光学成像的衬度类型,介绍了近场光学显微技术在多个领域的应用。在参考大量国内外最新研究成果的基础上,提出了一些个人的见解。  相似文献

微孔激光器作为应用于近场光信息存储系统中的一种新型光源,它的出射光斑的近场特性对于近场光存储是十分重要的。针对纳米孔径运用角谱进行Fox-Li数值迭代,得到不同孔径微孔激光器的基模光强分布,然后运用二维非线性时域有限差分法分析微孔激光器出射端即微孔金属膜的近场光学性质,模拟计算了不同孔径和厚度的微孔金属膜的光强近场分布,从应用于近场光存储的角度,给出反映其近场光学特性的相关数据。发现由于TM模式下金属存在局域表面等离子增强效应,使得其出射强度比TE模式高一个数量级,从而更适于作为实际中近场光存储系统和原理试验的光学头。  相似文献

Holography is a promising technique for power combining applications in the frequency range of short millimeter and submillimeter waves. In this paper, quasi-optical holographic power combining circuits are investigated. An equivalent network is utilized which rigorously models horn arrays and biperiodic dielectric structures in order to design computer-generated holograms. We apply the network model to a 5-element quasi-optical power combiner and demonstrate its capability. The hologram is designed for 150 GHz and has an efficiency of 92.5 % with a 90 % bandwidth of 5.3 %. With the aid of a broadband waveguide power divider and a vector field measurement system, the circuit is analyzed.  相似文献

The cutoff frequency f_(max) of radiation from earthquakes is one of the important parameters for studying the source process. By theoretical analysis and numerical experiments on acceleration Fourier spectrum it is suggested that f_(max) mainly depends on the lower values of slip rise time. This result can be used to explain the observational fact that the greater the earthquake magnitude, the smaller the value of f_(max).  相似文献

In recent years scanning near-field optical microscopy (SNOM) has developed into a powerful surface analytical technique for observing specimens with lateral resolution equal to or even better than 100 nm. A large number of applications, from material science to biology, have been reported. In this paper, two different kinds of near-field optical microscopy, aperture and scattering-type SNOM, are reviewed together with recent studies in surface analysis and biology. Here, near-field optical techniques are discussed in comparison with related methods, such as scanning probe and standard optical microscopy, with respect to their specific advantages and fields of application.  相似文献

Using a temporal version of the Copernican principle, Gott has proposed a statistical predictor of future longevity based on present age (Gott III, J. R., 1993, Nature, 363, 315) and applied the predictor to a variety of examples, including the longevity of the human species. The observation data for radon from national geochemical observation points have been collected and analyzed following the Ms 8.0 Wenchuan earthquake on 12th May, 2008 and a post-seismic effect of radon was observed. It has provided the most abundant record since the radon observation network had been set up in china. In this paper, the behaviour of the post-seismic effects of radon gas and water radon is reported. The results were obtained that observation points recording post-seismic effects of radon release were distributed mainly along the extended line of Longmenshan faults, and located on the boundary faults of regional tectonic blocks (Category II) and inside some tectonic blocks (Category II). The pattern of variation in radon emission observed was largely in the form of rising steps. A comparison was made with the variation of water level and flow observed simultaneously with radon measurement, to investigate a dynamic link with post-seismic radon with underground water conditions. This study confirmed a response of radon concentration to the seismic wave, and also raised other scientific issues, such as the dynamic association between geochemical composition of underground water and medium parameter variation of aquifers under dynamic loading, which may support the study of the mechanism of earthquake precursors of radon.  相似文献
